Vejmelka & Wünsch contributed to the publication on private enforcement of competition law

Vejmelka & Wünsch has authored the chapter on the Czech Republic in the International Comparative Legal Guides - Competition Litigation 2025, which provides a clear and concise guide to the law and related aspects of damages actions resulting from anti-competitive agreements or abuses of dominant position. The publication provides a legal analysis of possibilities offered by legal order to those whose rights have been affected. In writing this chapter, the team of authors drew not only from their thorough knowledge of this problematic but also from practical experiences, since competition law is one of  Vejmelka & Wünsch’s key areas of practice. The publication is directed primarily to practitioners and in-house counsels, however, it will provide assistance also to infringers of competition law and their victims. The publication has been published by the Global Legal Group.
