Lucie Dietschová completed her legal studies at Charles University, Prague, Faculty of Law, with a focus on public international law and international relations. In 1996, she was awarded the Bernard Bolzano Prize for her work on “International legal aspects of drug control (UN mechanism, control of legal market)”. She completed her trainee solicitor practice between 1998 and 2001 in the international law firms Bruckhaus Westrick Heller Löber and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Following the successful completion of the bar exam and registration in the list of attorneys-at-law of the Czech Bar Association in 2001, she was active in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Since the 2002 takeover of the Prague office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer by its former partners Josef Vejmelka and Petr Wünsch, she has practised at Vejmelka & Wünsch, where she became a partner in 2008. Lucie Dietschová is the co-author of a number of professional publications, including some published abroad. She specializes in due diligence, corporate law and commercial law, labour law, real estate law, construction law, advisory services for public administration authorities, in particular local government, and confiscation and restitution laws. She is fluent in Czech and German.
