• preparation of internal rules of conduct for the officials responsible in cases of investigations carried out by competition authorities in business premises (the so-called “dawn raid manuals”)
• analysis of compliance of intended or provided state aid with the relevant EU regulations
• legal support to contracting authorities as well as tenderers in award procedures, including the preparation of tender and contractual documentation and support relating to the preparation of offers
