Owing to the frequency of demands, largely from businesses, the provision of labour law services is one of the core activities of Vejmelka & Wünsch and encompasses, in particular:

- preparation of working and organizational orders and other internal labour law regulations and organizational measures
- preparation of benefit and other incentive programmes for both managers and ordinary employees
- representation of employers and employees in labour law disputes
- legal advice regarding collective bargaining
